These terms govern your use of the AgentFlow AI website and the services provided by AgentFlow AI ("we", "us"). By using the website or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms. Specific project scope, deliverables and fees are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
We design, build and support AI agents, workflow automation and business-process automation systems. We describe typical timelines (such as a 3–7 day initial build) as estimates, not guarantees; actual timelines depend on project scope and your responsiveness.
Plans start at $499/month for international clients and ₹21,999/month in India, billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Annual arrangements may be invoiced and paid by bank transfer. Fees are exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Monthly plans may be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing date.
On full payment, you own the automations, workflows, configurations and custom code we build specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, libraries and general know-how, and may reuse non-confidential techniques on other projects.
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential. We will sign a separate NDA and/or Data Processing Agreement on request.
Your systems may rely on third-party platforms (for example AI model providers, messaging APIs, CRMs or hosting). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes by those providers, though we will help you adapt where reasonable.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided "as is" without further warranties. AI systems can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim.
Either party may end an engagement for material breach that is not cured within 14 days of notice. On termination you retain everything you have paid for; we will provide a reasonable handover of your systems and data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes affecting an active project will be discussed with you first.
